DELIVERIES

Postal Orders via Royal Mail

We ship our brownies and blondies across Northern Ireland, UK Islands, and the Scottish Highlands using Royal Mail Tracked 24® Delivery.

If you select Express shipping at checkout, your order will be included in our next dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next-day delivery*, or we’ll refund the postage cost).

Once your order leaves our kitchen, you’ll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking details.

Please keep in mind:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24® aims for next-day delivery but isn’t guaranteed. We rely on Royal Mail’s delivery guidelines and can’t take responsibility for delays or issues after dispatch — but we’ll always do our best to help resolve any problems.
  • It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, accurate address and phone number, and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Our brownies and blondies may not fit through a letterbox. We can’t be held responsible for late or missed deliveries due to incorrect details or if no one is available to accept the parcel.

PREORDERS

If your order contains a preorder item, for dispatch on a future date, your entire order will be shipped on the preorder date, not in our next dispatch.

SHELF LIFE

All our bakes stay fresh for 7 days from the date of dispatch. Our blondies and brownies can also be frozen for up to 3 months for longer enjoyment.

REFUND POLICY

All of our brownies, blondies, and cakes are baked to order, so we do not accept returns.

Postal Orders – Refunds, credit notes, or replacements of equal value will only be provided if you receive the wrong product or if the items are proven to be of unsatisfactory quality. If you’re unhappy with your postal bakes’ condition or quality upon arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Cakes By Kels cannot accept responsibility for complaints made after this timeframe.

While we carefully package all products for safe delivery, occasional breakages or damage during transit may happen. Unfortunately, this alone won’t qualify for a refund.

If the issue isn’t clear from photos, we may request the product to be returned for inspection. If our assessment confirms the product is of unsatisfactory quality, we’ll offer a refund, credit note, or replacement of equal value. Please note, Cakes By Kels will not cover the cost of returning the item.

Non-returnable items: Gift Cards, Digital Downloads (Recipes)

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations at the discretion of Cakes By Kels.
